We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of successful delivery for eligible products including T-shirts, denim, jeans, shirts, hoodies, jackets, and other apparel items.

Customers can request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product or wrong size has been delivered
  • The product is significantly different from the description shown on the website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact
  • The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must be in the same condition as received

Returns requested after the 3-day return window may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, washed, stained, or damaged products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related items
  • Clearance sale or heavily discounted products (unless defective)
  • Minor color variations caused by screen resolution or lighting

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests can be raised for:

  • Size issues
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective or damaged products

If the requested replacement product or size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

4. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Step 1:

Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Step 2:

Our team will review the request within 24–48 business hours.

Step 3:

Once approved, reverse pickup instructions or self-shipping details will be shared.

Step 4:

After the product passes quality inspection, the exchange or refund process will begin.

5. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • Reverse pickup service is available in selected locations only.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
  • Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service and share tracking details.

We recommend keeping the courier receipt safely until the process is completed.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed only to the original payment source used while placing the order, including:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet Payments

Refund Timeline

  • Refund initiation: Within 2–5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days

The actual refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI
  • Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details

8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges may apply in some cases
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping costs will be covered by us

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Customers may use the return option after delivery if eligible

10. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

11. Quality Check & Fraud Prevention

All returned products undergo quality inspection.

We reserve the right to reject returns or refunds if:
